Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Senior Expertise Comptable to manage and grow a diverse portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprise clients. In this role, you will provide comprehensive accounting, tax, and reporting services while contributing to digital transformation initiatives and value-added projects.
What You'll Do
- Manage a client portfolio consisting primarily of TPE/PME, ensuring accurate and timely accounting services.
- Establish annual accounts, prepare tax declarations (TVA, CVAE, IRPP, liasse fiscale, etc.), and produce periodic reporting.
- Implement digital tools and integrate data-driven solutions into accounting processes.
- Contribute to value-added missions such as accounting and tax outsourcing, financial dashboards, and management control.
- Collaborate with colleagues to transform and optimize accounting and advisory practices.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs to enhance skills and competencies.
What We're Looking For
- Bac+2 or higher with a specialization in accounting.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in an accounting firm.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting, tax, and reporting processes.
- Rigorous, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Motivated to take on challenges and develop professionally.
