Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments across multiple time zones
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, briefing materials, and board documents
- Coordinate travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal teams, vendors, and external partners
- Manage confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
