SoSafe is hiring a Senior Event Marketing Manager to lead its global event program, turning every touchpoint into a key growth engine that drives pipeline, accelerates deals, and deepens relationships. This role sits at the center of the marketing engine, connecting field marketing, brand, sales, and customer success to bring engaging, on-brand event experiences to life.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a global event strategy aligned with pipeline goals, sales plays, and regional go-to-market initiatives.
- Own the annual events calendar across hosted and sponsored formats and set clear KPIs for each event.
- Manage end-to-end event operations, including venue scouting, vendor coordination, experience design, budgeting, staffing, and run-of-show.
- Lead cross-functional project teams and agencies to deliver seamless execution on time and on budget.
- Partner with field, brand, content, and digital teams to build integrated pre-, during-, and post-event campaigns.
- Ensure clear, consistent messaging across all event assets and create meaningful moments that connect attendees to SoSafe's value.
- Work hand-in-hand with sales, SDRs, and partner teams to identify high-value prospects and equip them with insights for tailored outreach.
- Map events to key GTM motions like product launches and ABM campaigns.
- Track performance from lead generation and pipeline impact to ROI, delivering actionable post-event reports.
- Continuously refine the event approach based on performance data, stakeholder input, and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of event marketing experience within a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity/tech environment.
- Proven success managing both hosted and sponsored events with measurable business results.
- Deep understanding of the buyer journey and how events influence different funnel stages.
- Strong project management, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills for effective work with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
- Willingness to travel 20–30% of the time.
