Vanderbilt University Medical Center is hiring a Senior Epic Willow Pharmacy Application Analyst to optimize pharmacy application workflows across our locations. In this role, you will ensure accurate medication delivery by maintaining the Epic pharmacy system, contributing to VUMC's mission of changing the world through patient care, education, and research.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, configure, and maintain Epic Willow, Omnicell, and other pharmacy systems to support clinical and operational workflows.
- Review and analyze workflows supported by assigned products and their relationship to the technical environment.
- Participate in testing, quality assurance, reporting, and product life cycle activities.
- Collaborate with customers and vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
- Provide user support and assist with onboarding and training as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting under guidance from senior team members.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Epic Pharmacy applications (Epic Willow certification preferred).
- Familiarity with the Omnicell-Epic interface.
