Responsibilities
- Lead and expand the Southeast region with full responsibility for pipeline development, deal closure, and revenue achievement
- Target and engage major surgical providers including multi-location groups, integrated delivery networks, health systems, and specialty networks
- Generate new opportunities through proactive outreach, regional events, trade conferences, and joint efforts with Marketing and Sales Development teams
- Create customized account plans aligned with the decision-making processes of enterprise healthcare buyers
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial contact to contract signing, including needs assessment, executive briefings, negotiations, and final agreements
- Engage and influence diverse stakeholder groups including clinical staff, operations, IT, finance, legal, and executive leadership
- Lead procurement responses and RFP submissions while coordinating with technical, legal, and onboarding teams
- Keep Salesforce updated with precise, real-time data on deal status and progression
- Use a consultative selling method—ask insightful questions, uncover workflow pain points, and build compelling financial justifications
- Perform operational workflow analyses to identify inefficiencies and demonstrate platform value
- Tailor communication effectively for clinicians, operations managers, and C-level executives
- Deliver high-impact presentations with authority in both virtual and in-person settings
- Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers throughout the sales journey
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the enterprise surgical landscape, including market consolidation, management service organization trends, and shifting buyer expectations
- Develop customized return-on-investment models for financial and executive stakeholders
- Work closely with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure seamless transitions and long-term client outcomes
- Contribute to the development of management service organization market strategies by sharing field insights and successful tactics
- Assist in identifying priority MSO targets, refining outreach messaging, and scaling effective approaches
- Collaborate with sales leadership on enterprise strategy, market intelligence, and key account planning
