Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy end-to-end features, spanning user interfaces and backend infrastructure.
- Make sound technical architecture decisions and implement them through high-quality code.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to rapidly deliver impactful functionality.
- Guide fellow engineers through design discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Help maintain system reliability and performance, particularly during complex incidents.
- Take full ownership of services, including participation in on-call rotations.
- Spend time on farms to build practical understanding of the operational environment.
