Woven by Toyota is seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager to join our Product & Technology organization, focusing on the development of the Arene platform. You will be instrumental in leading and delivering complex engineering projects.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects for the Arene platform.
- Define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with technical teams.
- Identify project risks and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across engineering, product, and other stakeholders.
- Track project progress, report on status, and ensure accountability for deliverables.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Engineering Project Manager or similar role in a software or platform development environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and project management methodologies.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication.
- Ability to manage multiple project priorities and deliverables in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in Sunnyvale, CA. Team members are expected to work from the office for a portion of the week.
