What you'll do You will lead the engineering group responsible for driving our organization's growth engine. This role involves strategic planning, team management, technical guidance, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is an experienced engineering leader with a robust background in accelerating business growth. Where you'll work This role is based in our Seattle office. We maintain a hybrid work environment that balances in-office energy with remote work flexibility. Currently, we require two coordinated weekly office days, with plans to expand to three days in 2026. Additionally, employees enjoy up to four weeks of fully remote work annually. Responsibilities - Lead and mentor high-performing teams of product engineers and system administrators - Drive architectural vision and technical roadmap for platform, go-to-market applications - Integrate AI-native solutions across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience systems - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into prioritized engineering initiatives - Manage operational excellence, sprint capacity, and delivery velocity - Establish engineering best practices for sales and marketing applications - Design complex system integrations and automation strategies Requirements - Computer Science or Engineering degree - 8+ years software engineering experience - 3+ years managing technical teams in high-growth environments - Extensive Salesforce platform expertise - Strong integration architecture skills - Exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities - Strategic mindset with balanced approach to platform development - Passion for AI-driven productivity enhancement Bonus Points - Salesforce certifications - Remote team management experience - Entrepreneurial background - Slack application development skills - B2B growth expertise - Customer-centric approach - Technology startup experience Compensation The expected salary range is $300,000 - $375,000, with variations based on location, skills, experience, and internal pay considerations.
