What you'll do You will lead the engineering group responsible for driving our organization's growth engine. This role involves strategic planning, team management, technical guidance, and cross-functional collaboration. We maintain a hybrid work environment that balances in-office energy with remote work flexibility. Currently, we require two coordinated weekly office days, with plans to expand to three days in 2026. Additionally, employees enjoy up to four weeks of fully remote work annually.
