Anduril Industries is hiring a Senior Project Manager, Life Sciences to lead teams through discovery, design, and build phases to deliver solutions for healthcare and life sciences customers. This remote role serves as the primary client point of contact, driving projects to successful completion.
What You'll Do
- Strategically build relationships with customer sponsors and stakeholders to identify future opportunities.
- Own overall project management during engagements, participating in discovery workshops to define requirements.
- Collaborate with project team members to design appropriate solutions and execute projects in a timely manner.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project, effectively apply methodology, and enforce project standards.
- Create, maintain, and own standard project deliverables like status decks, project plans, and RAID logs.
- Manage timelines, budget, and scope deliverables as documented in the SOW.
- Accurately communicate and report project status to reflect risks impacting schedule, budget, or quality.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, escalating and working to resolve major issues.
- Create and execute project work plans, revising them as needed to meet changing requirements.
- Identify staffing needs and determine individual project team member responsibilities.
- Contribute and drive the change order process by working with practice and functional leads.
- Participate in customer training and other implementation initiatives as part of overall project deliverables.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in project management.
- Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Project management experience with software or custom development implementations, ideally in a consulting environment.
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment across global teams to influence project contributors and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated analytical and strategic-thinking skills and experience with the complete lifecycle of complex enterprise projects.
- Experience facilitating meetings, demonstrating brainstorming/consensus building skills, and interacting with project sponsors at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.
- Demonstrated experience with Waterfall and/or SCRUM methodologies.
Nice to Have
- PMP or SCRUM certification.
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce (Salesforce certifications are a plus).
- Experience with Salesforce and/or CRM implementations within the Life Science and healthcare space.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with internal project roles including Solution Architect, Technical Architect, and Business Analyst.

- Compensation: £68,000 - £92,000 GBP + equity. This role may be eligible for equity awards.
