InnoCraft is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our software engineering and infrastructure efforts. You will join a purpose-driven mission to scale a credible, enterprise-grade ethical alternative in a market dominated by surveillance-led platforms. This role is 100% remote but you must be based in Ireland.
What You'll Do
- Lead and scale high-performing engineering teams operating in competitive, delivery-driven environments
- Drive complex, multi-stream initiatives from strategy through execution with clear ownership and outcomes
- Actively manage performance, expectations, and delivery standards across teams
- Strengthen infrastructure scalability, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency
- Lead step-wise modernisation of platform, UI, APIs, and developer experience
- Establish strong delivery discipline, operational standards, and accountability
- Embed enterprise-grade security, privacy-by-design, and DevSecOps practices
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted coding, where they materially improve speed and quality
What We're Looking For
- Must be based in Ireland
- Deep experience in software engineering and infrastructure leadership
- A proven track record leading high-performance engineering teams in fast-paced, highly competitive technology environments
Team & Environment
You will lead globally distributed, culturally diverse engineering teams and report to the Head of Product & Engineering.
