Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of energy efficiency initiatives across commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings.
- Perform detailed energy assessments and analyze utility usage patterns to identify savings opportunities.
- Produce precise and justifiable energy savings projections and financial return models.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, cost estimation, and project delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
- Deliver technical presentations outlining findings, recommendations, and proposed solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide expert technical oversight during project implementation to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely results.
- Guide and develop junior Energy Engineers and other team members through mentorship and collaboration.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving technologies, regulatory standards, sustainability trends, and energy engineering methodologies.
- Support projects involving heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, building controls, lighting modernization, renewable energy integration, and central utility plant improvements.
