About the Role
This role is responsible for growing the adoption of endoluminal solutions across Taiwan by building relationships with physicians, hospitals, and health systems, while aligning clinical and commercial strategies to support long-term market expansion.
Responsibilities
- Lead market development initiatives for endoluminal technologies across Taiwan
- Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to increase product utilization
- Collaborate with clinical teams to support physician training and proctoring activities
- Identify and engage key opinion leaders and medical societies
- Work closely with sales teams to expand hospital account penetration
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform business planning
- Support regulatory and reimbursement strategies in coordination with local teams
- Drive adoption through educational events, symposia, and workshops
- Monitor competitive landscape and adapt go-to-market approaches
- Serve as a clinical and technical resource for healthcare providers
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment between marketing, sales, and clinical departments
- Track and report on key performance metrics and market trends
- Advocate for customer needs within the organization
- Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations and industry standards
- Support product launches with targeted market entry plans
- Build relationships with hospital administrators and procurement teams
- Promote clinical evidence and health economics data to decision-makers
- Coordinate with global teams to adapt international strategies locally
- Identify opportunities for service and support improvements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of endoluminal procedures and technologies
