HireHawk is looking for a Senior Email Marketing Manager to own and optimize lifecycle automation for a fast-growing beauty brand. This remote role combines technical precision, creative execution, and analytics depth to maximize customer lifetime value.
What You'll Do
- Architect multi-branch automation flows that scale across campaigns and triggers.
- Build predictive segments to personalize offers and drive repeat purchases.
- Analyze cohort performance, revenue attribution, and deliverability metrics.
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to align brand voice and growth KPIs.
- Manage integrations and optimize sender reputation for maximum inbox placement.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in email marketing and retention strategy.
- 3+ years as a Klaviyo power user managing automations and predictive analytics.
- Demonstrated experience with data segmentation and revenue attribution reporting.
- Proven record of optimizing deliverability and sender reputation across campaigns.
- Authorized to work as an independent contractor; remote role aligned to PST hours.
- Reliable wired internet connection (25 Mbps+) with backup option.
