We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to take ownership of electrical system planning, design, and implementation across diverse construction projects. This role requires deep technical knowledge and the ability to work seamlessly with architectural, mechanical, and structural teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of electrical systems for large-scale, high-rise buildings
- Ensure compliance with national and international safety, energy efficiency, and building codes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical infrastructure with overall building design
- Review technical drawings, schematics, and calculations prepared by junior engineers
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical installations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical design for commercial or high-rise structures
- Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or Dialux
- Strong understanding of low and medium voltage systems, emergency power, and lighting design
- Project management experience with demonstrated success in delivering complex builds on time
