Responsibilities
- Execute specific and moderately complex portions of broader engineering assignments under minimal supervision.
- Gather, validate and correlate engineering data using established procedures and tools.
- Perform detailed engineering calculations, analyses, and simple tests for assigned design tasks.
- Propose solutions and adapt standard methods to address new or unfamiliar technical problems.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in engineering results or documentation.
- Independently complete primary design elements and ensure alignment with project technical requirements.
- Prepare project deliverables (drawings, models, reports) for review by senior engineers.
- Provide guidance and support to entry-level/junior engineers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to achieving project objectives.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project budgets, schedules, quality standards, and procedures.
- Participate in internal quality reviews and maintain accurate project records.
- Contribute to project proposals and technical sections of bids when required.
- Interact with clients to collect technical information and discuss project requirements, as experience grows.
