About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery sessions to identify business objectives and project scope
- Analyze organizational needs and translate them into clear project requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective implementation strategies
- Document findings and present recommendations to decision-makers
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverable outcomes
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with key stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and dependencies early in the project lifecycle
- Support the development of project roadmaps and success metrics
- Maintain accurate records of discovery activities and decisions
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Adapt discovery approach based on client industry and project complexity
- Apply structured methodologies to streamline information gathering
- Validate assumptions through data collection and stakeholder feedback
- Contribute to proposal development for new client engagements
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Stay current with industry trends impacting discovery practices
- Provide input on process improvements for discovery frameworks
- Support onboarding of new consultants into discovery protocols
- Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
- Escalate critical issues to project leadership when necessary
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in business administration or related discipline
- Certification in project management or business analysis
- Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or finance
