Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Chief People Officer and executive leadership to shape and sustain a forward-looking, holistic total rewards strategy aligned with organizational goals, informed by market data and industry standards.
- Build and guide a high-performing, agile team of compensation and benefits specialists, promoting internal cohesion and cross-functional relationships across departments.
- Analyze market dynamics and comparative data to maintain competitive and fiscally responsible rewards offerings using benchmarking, usage metrics, and employee input.
- Direct yearly planning cycles for rewards initiatives and financial allocations in coordination with finance leadership.
- Act as the central liaison across HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and technology functions to ensure accurate governance and implementation of pay programs.
- Work alongside HR Business Partners to balance departmental priorities with enterprise-wide objectives in compensation and benefits decisions.
- Lead employee-focused messaging and transitions tied to changes in pay and benefits policies and offerings.
- Proactively detect and address operational, fiscal, and regulatory risks linked to compensation and benefits, including those stemming from manual workflows, system constraints, ambiguous accountability, or uneven policy enforcement.
