Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a similar senior creative role within the creative industry, preferably in a marketing or advertising agencies
- Proven experience leading creative teams either in agencies or in-house brand teams, delivering high-visibility campaigns for top global brands (B2B experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong design expertise supported by an extensive portfolio showcasing concept-driven, integrated, multi-channel campaigns
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently articulate and defend creative ideas to clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities, with experience developing talent and fostering high-performing creative teams
- The ability to balance creative ambition with business objectives and KPIs
- Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments while maintaining high standards of creative quality
- Fluency in English at C1 level or above
Nice to Have
- Experience in performance-driven campaigns
- Worked with international and/or corporate clients
- Background in both brand and performance marketing
- Familiarity with emerging technologies, AI tools, and innovation in creative production
