Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with VP, SVP, and C-suite leaders
- Engage corporate stakeholders across land, development, and operations
- Position TraceAir as a strategic enterprise partner
- Partner with Account Executives to open executive doors
- Support multi-division and enterprise-level deals
- Contribute to national agreement strategies
- Design and deliver high-impact training with Customer Enablement
- Help customers improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Translate real-world experience into actionable guidance
- Identify customer pain points and inefficiencies
- Partner with Product to inform roadmap decisions
- Ensure solutions reflect real-world use cases
- Accelerate adoption across divisions
- Connect division-level success to corporate strategy
- Reduce friction in enterprise buying processes
Requirements
- Former VP, SVP, or above at a national or large regional homebuilder
- Experience operating across divisions or at corporate level
- Background in land development, operations, or similar functions
- Strong executive presence and credibility
- Ability to influence without authority
- Ability to translate experience into strategic insights
