Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of multiple system-on-chip products through full lifecycle validation.
- Build and manage a high-performing system validation team focused on AI fabric switch platforms across parallel product initiatives.
- Define and execute validation plans that align with the performance and functional needs of AI and machine learning data center systems.
- Develop comprehensive validation strategies for high-speed switch silicon, emphasizing automation, data-driven testing, and compliance verification.
- Establish scalable test infrastructures with automated reporting to ensure consistent and repeatable validation outcomes.
- Partner with architecture, hardware, firmware, and software teams to shape product specifications and ensure testability.
- Drive silicon and platform bring-up activities, leading deep-dive debugging across hardware, firmware, and system layers.
- Ensure validation processes support timely product milestones including qualification, customer sampling, and production ramp.
- Collaborate directly with strategic customers to capture system-level requirements and demonstrate solution capabilities.
- Apply strong technical and architectural judgment to guide validation approaches in high-performance computing environments.
- Foster a culture of ownership, technical rigor, and continuous improvement within the validation organization.
- Oversee resource allocation, vendor partnerships, and cross-team coordination to maintain execution velocity.
