Aledade is seeking a Senior Director, Sales Operations to join our Growth Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, processes, and systems that enable our sales organization to scale efficiently and achieve its goals.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of sales operations strategies to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Design, implement, and optimize sales processes, methodologies, and performance metrics.
  • Oversee sales planning, forecasting, territory management, and incentive compensation programs.
