About the Role
Leads the development and execution of real-world evidence strategies for HIV treatment within the virology portfolio, aligning with global medical and commercial objectives. Drives insights generation using observational data and supports lifecycle management through evidence planning and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead real-world evidence strategy for HIV treatment products across the product lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate real-world data into medical and commercial planning
- Design and oversee observational studies using healthcare databases and patient registries
- Translate real-world insights into actionable recommendations for clinical and market access teams
- Engage with external partners to enhance data access and research collaborations
- Support regulatory and health technology assessment submissions with real-world evidence
- Ensure methodological rigor and compliance in all real-world research activities
- Mentor and develop team members in real-world data methodologies
- Present findings to internal stakeholders and external scientific audiences
- Stay current with evolving standards and regulations in real-world evidence
- Align evidence generation with global product strategy and regional needs
- Partner with biostatistics and epidemiology teams on study design and analysis plans
- Oversee vendor-managed research projects and ensure timely delivery
- Contribute to publication planning and scientific dissemination of results
- Identify innovation opportunities in data sources and analytical methods
- Advocate for patient-centered outcomes in evidence generation
- Support lifecycle management through targeted evidence generation
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to policies
- Guide budget planning and resource allocation for RWE initiatives
- Serve as a scientific expert in real-world methodologies for internal consultations
