KBR is seeking a Senior Director, Program Management to manage external initiatives for our Mission Technology Solutions (MTS) Chief Technology Officer (CTO) organization. In this pivotal role, you will direct strategic direction, amplify the external visibility of our technical innovation, and lead essential cultural and operational change.
What You'll Do
- Direct, develop, communicate, and implement the company's strategic direction and goals.
- Develop strategies to drive external visibility and understanding of KBR's technical innovation expertise.
- Lead cultural and operational change to positively shift internal and external market perceptions of KBR's technical capabilities.
- Identify and communicate best practices across the organization.
- Lead external engagement to drive market perceptions and increase brand awareness and mission impact.
- Develop strategy through both the implementation and execution phases.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in a related technical field.
- At least 18 years of related professional experience.
Nice to Have
- Graduate degree in a related technical field.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation Range: $220,800.00 - $331,200.00
