Senior Director of Professional Services Role Overview: You'll lead GitLab's professional services delivery across EMEA, ensuring customers maximize our AI-powered DevSecOps platform's potential. Overseeing a distributed team of managers, architects, and engineers, you'll establish the strategic vision for consulting, implementation, training, and advisory services. Reporting to the Global Professional Services VP, you'll translate organizational objectives into a clear services strategy, drive operational excellence, and own critical delivery and financial outcomes for the region. Your inaugural year will focus on refining delivery models, strengthening cross-functional collaborations, and scaling the organization within a rapidly expanding subscription-based business context.
