SoSafe is hiring a Senior Director of Product & Customer Marketing to define the future of Human Risk Management. In this pivotal role, you will bridge product innovation and the global market, crafting narratives that empower organizations to build sustainable security cultures. This is a high-impact leadership position at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing within our purpose-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Own SoSafe’s narrative, refining positioning and messaging to differentiate in a crowded cybersecurity landscape.
- Translate complex technical features and behavioral science concepts into compelling, human-centric value propositions.
- Lead market intelligence to deeply understand the 'Human Factor' in security, buyer personas, and competitive dynamics.
- Build and operationalize a tiered launch framework to ensure every product release lands with maximum impact.
- Partner with GTM leadership to equip Sales and CS teams with world-class enablement assets, pitch decks, and competitive battle cards.
- Embed AI as a strategic co-pilot within the PMM function to accelerate research, content creation, and market analysis.
- Orchestrate a unified GTM engine by aligning product roadmaps with market needs to drive efficient customer acquisition.
- Drive Net Revenue Retention by building a customer marketing machine that fuels adoption, expansion, and advocacy.
- Scale a high-performing team by leading, mentoring, and expanding a world-class PMM and Customer Marketing team.
- Develop strategies to drive adoption, cross-sell, and up-sell within our existing customer base.
- Lead the strategy for Customer Advisory Boards, case studies, and advocacy programs.
- Partner with Customer Success to reduce churn by communicating value realization and product updates effectively.
- Act as the 'glue' between departments, ensuring Product builds what the market needs, and Marketing promotes what Product builds.
- Represent SoSafe as a thought leader at industry events, analyst briefings, and key customer meetings.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
- At least 4 years in a leadership role managing PMM or Customer Marketing teams.
- Proven track record of defining categories and positioning complex products for mid market and Enterprise buyers.
- Full-funnel mindset with experience driving NRR through customer marketing.
- Ability to analyze churn data and win/loss reports.
- Experience building repeatable launch playbooks in high-growth environments.
- Customer obsession.

- Experience in Cybersecurity, HR Tech, or L&D.
