Greenburg Traurig is hiring a Senior Director of eDiscovery to lead our practice and manage complex discovery projects. You will join a global law firm with a sophisticated client base.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the strategic direction of the firm's eDiscovery function.
- Oversee complex discovery matters, ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements.
- Collaborate with attorneys, case teams, and clients to develop and execute discovery plans.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate technology solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and implement best practices, workflows, and policies for data preservation, collection, and review.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive, proven experience in eDiscovery leadership within a major law firm or corporate legal department.
- Deep understanding of litigation processes, discovery rules (FRCP, state rules), and data privacy regulations.
- Expertise in managing large-scale document reviews and productions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple high-stakes matters simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior partners, clients, and technical teams.
Work Mode
This position follows a hybrid work model and is based in either Chicago, IL or Detroit, MI.
