Aledade is hiring a Senior Director, Commercial Contracting to lead a critical function within our Strategic Payer Partnerships team. This role is central to structuring and negotiating the commercial agreements that advance our mission of enabling independent primary care.
What You'll Do
- Lead the commercial contracting strategy for Aledade's Strategic Payer Partnerships.
- Develop, negotiate, and execute complex, high-value commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and operations to ensure contract alignment.
- Structure and model financial arrangements within contracts.
- Drive the contracting process from initial proposal through final execution and implementation.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in commercial contracting within healthcare, specifically with payers.
- Demonstrated success negotiating and managing complex, multi-year agreements.
- Deep understanding of value-based care models and reimbursement methodologies.
- Strong financial acumen and experience modeling contract terms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
