About the Role

Hilton is hiring a Senior Director, Brands Sales & Commercial Integration to support our commercial engine and drive profitable growth. In this role, you will partner with brand and commercial leadership to develop and implement Group, Meetings, and Business Travel strategy, and support commercial processes to present sales performance and critical observations.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with brand and commercial leadership teams to develop and implement a comprehensive Group, Meetings, and Business Travel strategy.
  • Support commercial processes to present sales performance and critical observations with actions to address identified trends.
  • Partner with, and influence, Hilton Worldwide Sales (HWS), brand leaders, other internal colleagues, and select hotel partners to strengthen sales and commercial performance.
  • Partner with each brand to plan brand activations and education at multiple sales events, tradeshows, or conferences.
  • Engage directly with franchise operators, owners, and their leadership for sales and commercial reviews, resulting in action plans and a path to performance improvement.
  • Support commercial teams on new brands sales strategies, focusing on successful launch and ramp up.
  • Identify business risks and opportunities and utilize the commercial-focus process to address any performance issues.
  • Build initiatives that promote incremental business to Americas hotels.
  • Support rollout and adoption of new technologies, tools and reports, and establish communications to improve transparency into sales performance and areas of opportunity.
  • Continue to improve the critical sales elements in a successful new or converting hotel opening.
  • Craft customized sales plans for strategic assets as defined by the brands.
  • Track execution and performance and adjust strategies, if needed.
  • Communicate progress and performance to key partners monthly and highlight risk hotels.

What We're Looking For

  • Ten (10) years of professional experience.
  • Seven (7) years of Hotel Sales or Revenue and Operations experience.
  • Five (5) years of experience managing others.
  • Five (5) years of experience in presentation delivery.
  • Potential to travel up to 50% of the time, domestically and internationally.

Nice to Have

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree.
  • Six (6) years of management experience.
  • Three (3) years at a Hotel as a Director of Sales, Director of Business Development or Director Revenue Management.
  • Two (2) years of Operations Management experience.
  • Two (2) years of experience as a brand or multi-unit representative.
  • Previous experience in a Brand Sales role as a Director or higher.
  • Working knowledge of Hilton Worldwide property systems (OnQ, OnQ FM, OnQ RM) and Hotel Sales systems (Delphi).

You will have two direct reports and be part of the in-house Commercial Services team, reporting to the Vice President & Commercial Director, Brands and Franchise Commercial Services.
