Phiture is hiring a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of a portfolio of digital products spanning video, audio, and interactive learning for our healthcare education platform. You will be responsible for product lifecycle management of an LMS platform, educational content formats, and multimedia initiatives, bridging healthcare education, technology, and user experience.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the digital product vision and roadmap across video, podcast, and LMS-based educational offerings.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring strategic alignment with business and audience engagement goals.
- Oversee the launch and continued development of an LMS platform, optimizing for usability, CME/CE accreditation needs, data integration, and adaptive learning capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality educational content experiences across web, mobile, and in-office channels.
- Leverage audience insights, analytics, and feedback to inform product decisions and continuous optimization.
- Integrate new technologies (AI-assisted content delivery, interactive tools, modular frameworks) to enhance learning engagement and platform scalability.
- Manage vendor and technology partner relationships to ensure efficient implementation of technical and creative solutions.
- Partner with product management, production, marketing, sales, and ad operations teams to support commercialization strategies.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation, product specifications, and feature backlogs with agile workflows.
- Serve as a thought leader in digital innovation, identifying trends and technologies that can drive differentiation and long-term growth.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 7-10+ years of experience managing digital products in healthcare, education, or media environments.
- Proven success overseeing multimedia learning products (video, audio, LMS) from concept through launch and optimization.
- Strong understanding of healthcare and life sciences industries, including HCP education, CME/CE requirements, and digital engagement best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into digital strategies and manage complex workflows.
- Hands-on experience with content management systems, LMS platforms, and emerging educational technologies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills across technical and creative stakeholders.
- A passion for transforming healthcare education through innovation, technology, and measurable impact.
