Join a forward-thinking, remote-first team as a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist focused on empowering SMBs and startups through performance-driven marketing. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of client success, designing and executing strategies across Paid Media, SEO, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to generate qualified sales leads and exceed performance goals.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end marketing performance for a select portfolio of clients, managing no more than seven accounts to ensure deep engagement and impact
- Develop and present strategic plans that align with client objectives, using data to guide decisions and demonstrate results
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders through clear communication and consistent delivery
- Oversee project timelines and execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered on schedule and within budget
- Apply advanced technical knowledge of digital marketing frameworks, particularly in tech and SaaS environments
- Stay ahead of industry shifts, integrating emerging tools in AI and automation to improve marketing efficiency and outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a marketing agency setting
- Proven track record in performance marketing with measurable results
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to operate as a T-shaped marketer—deep in expertise, broad in application
- Exceptional project management skills with a focus on accountability and efficiency
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Curiosity and initiative in learning new technologies and methodologies
