Resourceful Talent Group is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our fast-paced, innovation-driven company based in New York. This is a remote, individual contributor position requiring a startup mindset, high professionalism, self-drive, and availability for emergencies.

What You'll Do

Own and manage CI/CD processes with Azure DevOps: setup, optimize, and troubleshoot workflows and pipelines.
Work fluently in AWS, managing and optimizing services with a focus on Lambda cost-efficiency and strategic use of newer features.
Ensure observability and operational excellence using Datadog to set up monitoring, alerting, and performance dashboards. Proactively identify and escalate critical issues.
Collaborate across teams with a startup-level understanding of urgency, autonomy, and accountability.
Uphold high standards of system reliability, security, and performance.

What We're Looking For

5 to 10 years of relevant DevOps experience.
Prior experience in startup environments or similarly fast-moving cultures.
Strong hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps, AWS (especially Lambda), and Datadog.
A clear, personal understanding of what operational excellence means and how it contributes to business success.
Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Willingness to participate in multiple rounds of interviews.
Available to work 9am-6pm EST.
Self-driven and capable of independently setting priorities and executing tasks.
Available in emergency situations (24/7) if needed.
