Robusta Technology Group (RTG) is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the Octopus team. You will bridge development and operations, ensuring smooth deployment, maintaining scalable infrastructure, and supporting continuous delivery. You'll work closely with software engineers and system administrators to improve reliability, performance, and automation.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to build scalable and resilient infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security using various tools.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and on-premise environments.
- Automate repetitive tasks and processes using scripts and configuration management tools.
- Implement and support containerization and orchestration tools.
- Ensure systems are secure and up-to-date with the latest patches and best practices.
- Troubleshoot issues across the stack: hardware, software, application, and network.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud tools.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
