AlexStaff Agency is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to manage and enhance our high-load, cloud-based, and data-intensive distributed systems. This hands-on role focuses on operating a mature product with real users, driving infrastructure automation, and ensuring platform reliability.
What You'll Do
- Operate production services and infrastructure, including server provisioning, decommissioning, updates, and performance troubleshooting
- Support and develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible, including modules, roles, standards, and reviews
- Manage monitoring, alerting, backups, and conduct regular recovery checks
- Develop service and infrastructure automation
- Develop CI/CD and release procedures
- Diagnose and resolve incidents, providing support for product teams
- Manage traffic analytics, bot, and attack protection tools
- Take responsibility for 24/7 platform stability
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience operating Linux/Ubuntu infrastructure and production services
- Strong understanding of networking and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (cluster operations), Rancher, Docker / containerd
- Proficiency with Ansible and Terraform
- Experience with monitoring tools: Prometheus, Thanos, Telegraf, Grafana, Sentry
- Experience with CI/CD using Jenkins
- Automation skills in Bash and Python
- Experience working with LVM
Nice to Have
- Experience working with blockchain nodes
- Diagnosis and tuning of ClickHouse and MongoDB in high-load clusters
- Experience with providers Hetzner or OVHcloud
- Experience with Cloudflare (edge, DDoS) and AWS
- Experience handling abuse tickets with hosting providers
Technical Stack
- VPN: WireGuard, OpenVPN
- Databases: ClickHouse, MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL
- Applications: Node.js (pm2), php-fpm, Lua, Tarantool
- Supporting services: Go (operatorSDK), Ruby, Node.js, PHP
Benefits & Compensation

Work Mode
