EverAI is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to build and scale our platform while supporting our engineering teams. You will help define the roadmap, find technical solutions, and run experiments to drive our global AI applications forward.
What You'll Do
- Interact with engineers to provide infrastructure support
- Manage, monitor, and scale existing services
- Provision infrastructure and platform services through Infrastructure-as-Code, code reviews, and testing
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in public cloud, Kubernetes, GitOps
- 5+ years of experience in observability through logs, metrics, and tracing
- 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure-as-Code, Terraform, Helm
- Ability to read and understand application code (Go, Python, shell)
- Experience in tech startups or any similarly agile and fast-paced environment
- Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
- Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment
- Doer mindset - balance execution, planning, and strategy
- Humble - willing to learn, open to feedback
- User-centricity - share our obsession for amazing user experience
- Comfortable building products that are based on uncensored models and content (#NSFW)
Nice to Have
- Past experience and/or interest in data science and generative AI (NLP, ML, MLOps, etc.)
- Location: you must be able to work within ±4 CET

Team & Environment
You will join a team of 75 people, reporting directly to the DevOps Lead, Mate. You will work closely with the Co-founder & CTO, Product team, and Engineering team (web developers, SRE, data scientists).
