ReversingLabs is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to play a key role in architecting, automating, and supporting our mission-critical infrastructure. You will help us deliver end-to-end insights for secure development, safe IT purchases, and effective SOC operations by driving automation and standardization using advanced DevOps toolchains.
What You'll Do
- Create new and enhance existing CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployments, upgrades, and rollbacks for critical services.
- Use Terraform as the primary tool for infrastructure provisioning and change management.
- Partner closely with development, QA, architecture, and ITSec teams on operational strategy, pipeline optimization, and automation roadmaps.
- Conduct code, pipeline, and architecture reviews, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security in deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and production issues by performing root cause analysis.
- Oversee production environments with proactive monitoring and maintenance.
- Design and implement dashboards and alerts using Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK/Logstash.
- Build and manage multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerized platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Harden and administer IAM policies within AWS, including role-based access control and integration with SSO providers.
- Maintain documentation, processes, and workflows in Jira and Confluence.
- Drive operational excellence by mentoring junior team members and contributing to strategic planning.
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years of DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience in large-scale production environments.
- Proven expertise in Kubernetes (K8s) application deployment and management.
- Expert-level proficiency with Terraform and Helm.
- Experience with Ansible for infrastructure provisioning and automation.
- Strong experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines in systems such as Jenkins and GitLab.
- Solid knowledge of Linux system administration, primarily RHEL.
- Familiarity with VMware.
- Proficiency in Bash or Python for scripting, automation, and tooling.
- Experience designing monitoring and alerting systems (ELK/Logstash, Prometheus, Grafana), with the ability to create advanced dashboards and alerts.
- Strong working knowledge of AWS cloud services.
- Ability to take ownership of initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to technical decision-making.
