Responsibilities
- Handle high-priority support inquiries related to API usage and act as the technical point of contact for the customer support team on API matters.
- Foster growth and engagement within the developer community by actively participating in the company's Discord and external developer forums.
- Produce educational and promotional materials, including blog articles, social media content, technical guides, and live webinars.
- Represent the company at industry events, delivering presentations, demonstrations, and real-world use case studies.
- Collaborate with engineering to refine and enhance developer documentation and improve the overall developer journey.
- Develop proof-of-concept projects showcasing how external developers can build on or extend the public API.
- Explore collaboration opportunities with other developer platforms and, when appropriate, create sample integrations.
- Influence the future development of the API by providing engineering teams with actionable feedback and insights from the developer community.
