About the Role
This position leads the design of digital products by combining user-centered research with visual and interaction design to deliver seamless experiences across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for digital product features and enhancements
- Conduct user research to uncover pain points and identify opportunities
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the development lifecycle
- Translate complex problems into simple, intuitive design solutions
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members
- Gather feedback through usability testing and iterative refinement
- Advocate for user needs within agile development environments
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity standards are met in all design outputs
- Work closely with UX writers to refine interface language
- Support front-end implementation with design specifications and assets
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth
- Balance business goals with user experience priorities
- Use data and analytics to inform design decisions
- Integrate customer feedback into design improvements
- Collaborate across departments to align on brand and functionality
- Design for responsive and mobile-first experiences
- Manage multiple projects with competing timelines effectively
