Responsibilities
- Advocate for developer needs within the product development cycle
- Create tutorials, sample code, and technical documentation
- Engage with external developers through forums, events, and direct outreach
- Identify common pain points and relay feedback to engineering teams
- Support integration efforts for key partners and open-source contributors
- Present technical content at conferences and online meetups
- Collaborate with product teams to clarify roadmap priorities
- Monitor community discussions for emerging trends and issues
- Develop tools or scripts that simplify developer workflows
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date API references
- Troubleshoot implementation challenges with external teams
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases for support staff
- Organize hackathons or coding challenges to drive engagement
- Translate complex features into accessible explanations
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and documentation teams
- Track metrics related to developer adoption and satisfaction
- Ensure best practices are followed in public code examples
- Stay current with industry trends in machine learning and observability
- Assist in reviewing developer-submitted content for accuracy
- Help onboard new community members through mentorship or guides
