About the Role

Responsibilities
- Direct the creative vision for platforms used by supply partners
- Mentor and develop a team of product designers
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define design strategy
- Establish and maintain design systems and standards
- Conduct user research to inform supply-side workflows
- Translate complex operational needs into intuitive interfaces
- Drive consistency across multiple touchpoints in the supply ecosystem
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
- Integrate feedback from cross-functional teams into design iterations
- Balance user needs with business objectives in design decisions
- Oversee end-to-end design processes from concept to launch
- Advocate for design thinking across product development cycles
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all design outputs
- Manage timelines and deliverables for design projects
- Evaluate design performance using qualitative and quantitative data
- Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation
- Align design initiatives with long-term product roadmaps
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams when necessary
- Support recruitment efforts for design talent
- Stay current with industry trends and design technologies
