Terabase Energy is hiring a Senior Deployment Project Manager to join its Construct Operations team. In this role, you will drive the deployment of utility-scale solar construction software across the U.S., overseeing a portfolio of large-scale infrastructure projects that blend traditional project management with real-world field implementation.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery—ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, and budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and driving customer success throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with engineering, data, and field teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of our construction software.
- Use PMP expertise to manage risks, implement quality controls, monitor milestones, and continuously improve project processes.
- Travel to project sites as needed to support kickoff, implementation, and closeout phases (typically 1–2 trips per month).
- Support operational improvement efforts, coach junior team members, and contribute to the evolution of our project delivery framework.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of project management experience in construction, aerospace, or heavy industrial settings.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification required.
- Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with tight deadlines.
- A collaborative leader who builds trust with clients, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Comfort working in a fast-growing, mission-driven company.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Suite).
- Willingness to travel up to 40% (US-based).
