EX Squared is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to design and implement advanced analytics models that drive strategic decision-making. You will join a team focused on delivering robust data solutions that address complex business challenges.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy statistical models and machine learning algorithms
- Translate complex business problems into actionable data science projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver insights
- Lead the end-to-end data science lifecycle from data exploration to model deployment and monitoring
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science or a closely related field
- Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling
- Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and experimental design
- Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and diverse data sources
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
