Cribl is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to empower data-driven decision-making across the company by scaling the business intelligence system, democratizing data use, and championing data best practices. You will be a key contributor to the centralized Analytics team, partnering closely with Revenue and Marketing functions.

What You'll Do

Serve as a core contributor on the GTM Analytics team, supporting initiatives through rigorous analysis and data-driven insights.
Lead analyses empowering GTM performance and effectiveness, including rep productivity, opportunity funnel and conversion analysis, and sales motion optimization.
Partner with stakeholders to support planned and ad hoc analyses through attention to detail, business context understanding, and clear translation of business questions into actionable outputs.
Build and/or update advanced analytical models—such as propensity to buy, upsell, expansion, and churn—to inform prioritization, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
Create and maintain clear documentation for dashboards, metrics, and data definitions to support stakeholder understanding and effective self-service.
Demonstrate a proactive, growth-oriented mindset by identifying opportunities to improve analyses or processes, asking thoughtful questions, seeking feedback, and continuously developing technical and domain expertise.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of professional experience in analytics, data, or a related role, supporting go-to-market, sales, revenue, or customer-facing teams.
Familiarity with the modern data tech stack (e.g., Snowflake, dbt) and BI tools with semantic layers (e.g., Omni, Looker, Tableau).
Advanced technical expertise in SQL, data modeling, and building dashboards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to design end-to-end analyses, validate outputs, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into well-defined metrics and analyses, and to communicate insights clearly through dashboards and written documentation.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, context switch effectively, and prioritize work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
