TensorOps is hiring a Solutions Architect | Data & Analytics to serve as a client-facing strategist and pre-sales leader. You will help organizations define and execute their modern data journey, shaping client outcomes and driving pipeline growth for the company.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted data advisor to enterprise clients, guiding strategy and modernization.
- Lead client discovery sessions to capture requirements and translate them into actionable architecture recommendations.
- Evaluate enterprise data warehouse, lakehouse, and analytics architectures for feasibility and scalability.
- Design and recommend modern data architectures across cloud and hybrid ecosystems.
- Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations, proposals, and Statements of Work.
- Produce level-of-effort estimates, solution pricing inputs, and ensure clean presales-to-delivery handoffs.
- Collaborate with Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security teams to design converged solutions.
- Partner with the Data & Analytics practice to refine go-to-market strategy and offerings.
- Drive pipeline creation and growth through proactive client engagement and opportunity qualification.
- Build and maintain referenceable client relationships to ensure long-term trust.
- Lead workshops, demos, proofs-of-value, and thought leadership sessions.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or analytics platform design.
- At least 5+ years in a client advisory, pre-sales, or consulting capacity.
- Solid expertise in data architecture, including data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement enterprise data platforms across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with modern data technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
- Working knowledge of data governance, analytics enablement, and related domains like Cloud and Security.
- Experience supporting sales cycles through solution design, proposal development, and presentations.
- Strong communication skills to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to create high-quality deliverables including architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
- Business acumen to connect data solutions to business outcomes and ROI.
- Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications and their integration into data ecosystems.
- Prior experience working for a consulting or technology organization in a client-facing capacity.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, Snowflake SnowPro, or Databricks Certified Data Engineer.
