Responsibilities
- Support efforts to improve efficiency in talent and vendor resource utilization within the technology division.
- Help strengthen the technology talent pipeline by advancing diversity-focused hiring strategies and managing recruitment coordination.
- Produce detailed analytics, performance metrics, and reporting materials to guide strategic and operational decisions.
- Design and implement creative technology tools and data visualization methods to clearly present insights.
- Consolidate input from multiple departments to ensure accurate data reporting, operational support, and alignment with financial objectives.
- Collaborate with internal communications to create and manage a content strategy focused on user engagement and experience.
- Assist in organizing and executing internal events such as leadership meetings, product reviews, and town halls.
- Contribute to colleague engagement initiatives by supporting communication platforms and developing interactive content.
- Collect, evaluate, and interpret complex business data, then deliver clear summaries to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
