ZEAL Network SE is looking for a Senior Data Scientist (f/m/d) to join ZEAL Iberia. In this role, you will report to the Head of Data and be responsible for building complex predictive models, analyzing user behavior, and collaborating with business teams to improve customer experience and commercial performance.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and implement predictive models, including purchase models and customer behavior models (churn, retention, propensity, etc.).
- Conduct data extraction and transformation using SQL, including GA4 and BigQuery.
- Analyze digital user behavior across channels like web, app, and CRM.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate complex findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Design and execute A/B tests and hypothesis testing.
- Build dashboards and visualizations to monitor predictive KPIs.
- Contribute to data strategy and best practices.
- Automate analysis workflows and integrate models into production systems.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in predictive modeling, classification, regression, clustering, and data processing.
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficient in predictive modeling using Python, R, SQL.
- Experience with BigQuery, GA4, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
- Skilled in translating complex data into clear, business-focused insights.
- Strong quantitative analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
