Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end analytics projects—from defining the problem to deploying scalable solutions—driving measurable business value

What You Bring
- At least five years of experience in data science or analytics roles
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or R, with a solid foundation in statistical inference and modeling
- Proven ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences and align analytics with commercial goals
- A degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, computer science, engineering, or mathematics
- Experience in financial services is a strong advantage, particularly with client-facing solution delivery
