3Pillar is seeking a Senior Data Engineer with expertise in Looker to join our Product Development team. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining robust data infrastructure and analytics solutions.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and dashboards in Looker
Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into actionable data insights
Implement and optimize data pipelines to ensure data quality and availability
Ensure the performance, reliability, and security of data solutions

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Data Engineer focusing on Looker development
Strong expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing concepts
Ability to work independently and lead data initiatives within product development
