SoSafe is looking for a Senior Data Analytics Engineer (m/f/d) to build and maintain the data pipelines and infrastructure that support our data-driven future. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that power our product and drive business growth.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support customer-facing and internal data deliveries.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, engineering, and data science teams to deliver data-driven solutions that power the data roadmap.
- Take ownership of data infrastructure and analytics engineering workflows, driving best practices in data modeling, data quality, and governance.
- Ensure pipeline reliability through comprehensive monitoring, alerting, automated testing, and CI/CD automation.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in data engineering and analytics engineering, evaluating new tools and frameworks.
- Actively contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions with an analytics-first mindset.
- Effectively align stakeholder expectations and communicate complex technical and analytical concepts clearly and proactively.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience designing and maintaining data pipelines and data workflows using modern data stack (AWS, Airflow, dbt etc.), including event-driven architectures.
- Skilled in data modeling, data quality practices, and building trusted, production-grade datasets.
- Familiar with DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Git, CI/CD) to manage and automate analytics workflows at scale.
- Strong expertise in infrastructure management, alerting, and monitoring.
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to work cross-functionally in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Experienced collaborating with business analysts and data scientists.
- Fluent in English.
- Proactive, ownership-driven, and adept at translating business questions into robust data solutions.
