About the Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of data accuracy and reliability across enterprise systems, working closely with technical and business teams to identify and correct data issues, and contributing to long-term data quality improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Verify data accuracy across multiple platforms and databases
  • Identify inconsistencies and resolve data quality issues promptly
  • Maintain data integrity standards through regular audits and checks
  • Collaborate with IT and business units to correct data errors
  • Document data validation processes and improvement initiatives
  • Support data governance policies and compliance requirements
  • Track and report on key data quality metrics
  • Assist in the migration and integration of data from legacy systems
  • Ensure data entry protocols are followed consistently
  • Investigate root causes of data discrepancies
  • Develop and maintain data quality dashboards
  • Participate in system testing for new data-related projects
  • Provide input on data standards and naming conventions
  • Work with stakeholders to understand data usage needs
  • Escalate critical data issues to management when necessary
  • Maintain version control for data documentation
  • Support regulatory and internal audit requests
  • Improve data workflows through process recommendations
  • Monitor automated data feeds for anomalies
  • Train team members on data integrity best practices
  • Respond to data quality inquiries from various departments
  • Ensure timely updates to master data records
  • Evaluate new tools for data validation and monitoring
  • Coordinate with vendors on data exchange standards
  • Contribute to data stewardship initiatives
