Aledade is hiring a Senior BI Analyst I to join our Business Intelligence team. This full-time role is central to delivering insights that inform our strategy and operational decisions.
What You'll Do
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for the business.
- Design and build reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to translate business questions into data analysis.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the reporting lifecycle.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization and dashboard development using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Work Mode
This is a full-time, remote position. While the team is based in Bethesda, MD, we welcome qualified candidates from across the United States.
